Shipping Policy
Outsource Authority, Ltd. understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Please review our shipping policies below. However, if expedited shipping or special arrangements are necessary, please contact customer service by phone (843.767.4883) or by E-Mail (info@grappleranchor.com). We will be happy to assist you.
Promotional shipping (i.e. flat-rate shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States (does not apply to HI or AK).
Continental United States and Canada
Outsource Authority, Ltd. typically uses Federal Express Ground service and UPS Ground service on all shipments within the continental United States and Canada unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 1-3 days for processing, and an additional 1-4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and which product(s) you choose.
You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when your order has been processed.
Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.
